Starting a Vrex Streaming Session

When to do this? - Every time you use Vrex

Follow these steps each time you want to use Vrex in VR on your standalone device, using streaming.

Before this article, you should have Installed streaming on your headset, and registered it for streaming.

Steps

1. Turn on your headset
2. Launch the Portal app
3. Select “Vrex Pro” from the available apps
4. Wait a moment for the streaming session to start

Note: If the streaming server is slow to start (2-6 minutes) it means no hot-servers are available. Let us know, and we can add you to a dedicated streaming plan, to eliminate this wait-time.

5. Once connected, you will see the standard Vrex login screen in VR.
6. Log in as you normally, using your own email/password, or SSO.

You’re now ready to collaborate in Vrex.
